One day spent in the UK during the winter quickly explains the British obsession with the weather. Returning a few days ago to London from the UK, narrowly missing a few “good days”, the temperature at the start of Spring has dropped to winter levels. Despite the drizzle, memories of warm evenings, lying lazily on the beach and the thought of being back later in the year, are enough to keep me going.
